The Optional Extras & Add On Features
In keeping with our LOW COST pricing, if the package you require does not come with a certain feature you'd like - for instance if you want the Starter Package but would also like a feature used normally in only more advanced packages - you can simply 'add on' any of the features you want to your package choice as extras, rather than upgrading when you don't need ALL the upgrade packages' features!
So it doesn't cost the earth to have the website you want!

Website Package Terms & Conditions
Prices shown above are based on the conditions below:-
1. The customer providing images – be it digital photos on CD or DVD (compatible with Windows PC), or actual prints to be scanned – that are an acceptable high quality & thus suitable for high resolution use.
If Images you provide are suitable, but need minor or major cosmetic adjustment, this will be charged for separately. Please see ‘Creative Design’ Page within our website for an idea of prices.
If digital artwork, hand-drawn artwork, new logos, photographic images taken by ourselves or photographic images provided from our photo library are required (either because imagery provided was not of a suitable high resolution or you simply need something you don’t have) this will be charged for separately. Please see ‘Creative Design’ Page within our website for an idea of prices.
2. Any text you require within your website should be provided in typed format, either saved on CD/DVD (compatible with Windows PC), or printed. Amendments will be made (if required) to ensure that text looks & sounds professional in the web page layout.
3. Unless you choose to purchase the Control Panel Rights from us (allowing you to take over full control of your website & its hosting) Squarecat Design will remain the Control Panel Rights owner, & any continuous updates or on-going amendments you wish us to make will be carried out by us & charged for accordingly.
4. Yearly charges, such as domain name renewal & hosting renewal will be reviewed on an annual basis & will be expected 2 weeks prior to renewal date (if you wish to continue with the website). If however you have bought control panel rights from us, the renewal of domain names & hosting along with every other aspect of the website is down to you.
5. Squarecat Design will not be held responsible for any technical problems that are beyond our control. If server maintenence is required (& therefore website downtime), we will endevour to let you know as soon as possible. This usually happens during the night so will not affect UK business in any way. Server maintenance ensures the day to day reliability of your website.
6. Each website created will have a small design credit/link at the bottom of each page - such as the one below - but we will never display banner adverts on your website.
7. Squarecat Design will remain the copyright owner of any designed piece or service created by us, & therefore we can use any design created by us - including your images, logos & website etc - for our own portfolio purposes. Should you wish to become the copyright owner of the design created for you by us, a charge of £99 per designed piece will be implemented , & you will have the option to request removal of your design from our website. Unauthorised use of designs, logos or images will not be permitted.
